Put Ya Lighters Up or these days your G3 ready touch screen phones up for.... Ms. Frank White!
Ok, we know Ms. Jones doesn't resemble any picture from 1998, but you have to love her nonetheless. Outside of Nicki Minaj who else can I look to for hardcore sex and hood filled (has a unique delivery, whether they wrote it or not) rhymes while their half naked bodies attract the masses. So to Lil Kim, thanks for holding it down for the legal slaves and shouting out the chicks who rocked with you on the inside. Now you're on Dancing With The Stars. Welcome To America. Doesn't get any better than a shoutout while in lockup anyway. Good Look. Philly hoods got you.

"She's such a sweetheart and that is one of her best qualities," writes Sydia Bagley, of former Center City resident Lil' Kim. Bagley was incarcerated with the pint-size hip-hop princess at the Federal Detention Center (7th & Arch), where Kim spent 10 months on a perjury rap. We reported recently that Kimberly Jones, as Lil' Kim was known in prison, had given a shout-out to all her girls in the Federal Detention Center, on this season's premiere episode of ABC's "Dancing with the Stars." "I want to shout Lil' Kim back out for the unconditional love she shows not only to me but to all the girls," writes Bagley, who is now housed at the Federal Correctional Institution in Danbury, Conn, for her part in an armed robbery. "We love you, Girl, and you know you got our votes," Bagley says.
